Atkinson, Mulvey announce engagement

<p>Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schmidt, of the Hudson Section of Plains Township, celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary Sept. 30, 2017. They were married in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, North Main Street, Plains Township.</p><p>Mrs. Schmidt is the former Judy Filippini, daughter of Valeria Filippini and the late Omero Filippini. Judy was employed by Social Security Administration, Plains Township, before her retirement.</p><p>Mr. Schmidt is the son of the late Frederick B. and Jean Schmidt. He was employed by The Sherwin-Williams Co., prior to his retirement.</p><p>The couple is blessed with one son, Gregory J. Schmidt and his wife, Michele of Monroe, North Carolina.</p><p>Paul and Judy have four wonderful grandsons, Peter, Kyle, Christian and Daniel.</p><p>The couple celebrated the occasion with a family dinner. </p><style>
