EXETER &#8212; State Police have filed charges against three men who they say were involved in a <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/680002/psp-man-in-critical-condition-after-late-night-shooting-in-exeter" target="_blank">shooting in Exeter last week</a>, with the man who allegedly pulled the trigger facing an attempted murder charge.The two other suspects are accused of robbery.Shaquan Rogers-Jordan, 19, of Wilkes-Barre, has allegedly admitted to firing the shot that severely damaged the lung of Austin Naples, 21, who remains in the hospital with a hole in his chest. Rogers-Jordan reportedly told police he didn&#8217;t mean for the shooting to happen.Here are more details from a complaint:Rogers-Jordan, also known by his street name of &#8220;Nu Nu Cartel,&#8221; visited Naples&#8217; Birchwood Estates home in Exeter on Oct. 26.He was accompanied by two other Wilkes-Barre men, Dominick Harvey, 21, and Jordan Hall, 20. The three went there to rip off the &#8220;white guy&#8221; (Naples) at the home who apparently had a lot of marijuana, Rogers-Jordan told police.Upon arriving, the trio found Naples with Kaitlynn Matys, who told State Police she was there to sell Naples a half ounce of weed for $160.During the sale, Rogers-Jordan pulled out a gun, and began pointing it between Naples and Matys, instructing them to give him all of the money and the marijuana.Naples tackled Rogers-Jordan, shouting for help from his friend, Jamal Hardy, who was in another room.Matys ran to hide in the bathroom. She said she could hear the man with the pistol saying he did not want the cops to be involved, saying he&#8217;d leave if he got the money.A struggle ensued among the three suspects, Naples and Hardy, leading Hall to drop the contents of his wallet, including an ID card.Naples then began asking the three about his missing rent money. Hall went to start his car to leave, and Naples followed.Naples went back to Rogers-Jordan and began to square off with him. All witnesses described hearing a shot fired at this point.Naples ran back into the home, finding a hole in his chest near his armpit with blood pouring out. Harvey and Rogers-Jordan joined Hall in his vehicle and fled.Matys and Hardy, meanwhile, drove Naples to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.State Police made contact with the three suspects after discovering Hall&#8217;s ID at the scene, with the remaining suspects being contacted through him.A search of Hall&#8217;s car revealed a phone case matching the description of Naples&#8217; case. The victim&#8217;s phone was apparently stolen at some point during the altercation.Hall, Harvey and Rogers-Jordan were all charged with counts of robbery, criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property. Rogers-Jordan is facing additional counts of attempted murder and aggravated assault.All three were arraigned before District Judge Joseph Carmody. They were all unable to post bail and were remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.Rogers-Jordan and Harvey have preliminary hearings before Carmody at 11 a.m. Nov. 6.
