Shickshinny man charged with prowling around Hanover Twp. homes

<p>SCRANTON &#8212; An Exeter man is facing up to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty of unlawfully possessing a firearm.</p><p>Robert Romasiewicz, 25, pleaded guilty Monday before Senior U.S. District Court Judge James M. Munley to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.</p><p>Romasiewicz admitted that he had a handgun between late July and early August of this year.</p><p>He had previously been convicted of a federal drug trafficking offense.</p><p>The case against Romasiewicz was investigated by the FBI and is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Francis P. Sempa.</p><p>Romasiewicz will be sentenced at a later date. The maximum sentence under federal law is 10 years in prison.</p><style>
