<p>HAZLETON &#8212; Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon is back in his hometown of Hazleton, and he&#8217;s back helping again, too.</p><p>Maddon on Thursday donated backpacks from his Respect 90 nonprofit to Catholic Social Services of Hazleton. The backpacks are designed to help homeless people in the area.</p><p>Maddon&#8217;s annual fundraising dinner for his Hazleton One Community Center is set for Friday night at the Valley Country Club in Sugarloaf.</p><style>
