Amish Cook: Taking the day as it comes reduces stress, increases enjoyment

<p>The General Federation of Women&#8217;s Clubs (GFWC) Northeastern recently enjoyed &#8220;Cooking with Mary Metzger Ermel,&#8221; a cooking demonstration by the local chef. The members enjoyed hors d&#8217;oeuvres that Ermel prepared and learned some helpful hints in food preparation. GFWC Northeastern is a women&#8217;s service organization that meets on the fourth Monday of the month. For more information, call Chris Baron 570-655-2475.
