St. Jude first graders study animal habitats

Bloomsburg University fall semester dean’s list

<p>Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield recently provided Project Bald Eagle with a $4,900 grant to produce an online Naloxone training program to be utilized as a resource on the Pennsylvania Department of Health&#8217;s website for citizens and law enforcement throughout Pennsylvania. The online training program will have closed-captioning capabilities and will be based on Project Bald Eagle&#8217;s existing live training program.</p><p>Naloxone is a drug used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and has become a powerful tool in addressing this epidemic. In 2014, Pennsylvania passed Act 139 allowing first responders and regular citizens to obtain and administer this life-saving drug.
