<p>KINGSTON &#8212; A man from Wilkes-Barre wanted for burglaries in Kingston and Union County, New Jersey, was captured Monday.</p><p>City police arrested Nestor Junior Crespo Echevarria, 20, last known address as Wyoming Street, on an arrest warrant by Kingston police charging him with burglary, criminal trespass and theft.</p><p>Kingston police learned Echevarria was wanted by the Union County Sheriff&#8217;s Department in New Jersey on burglary related charges.</p><p>Echevarria was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $100,000 bail.</p><style>
