<p>PLAINS TWP. &#8212; A woman from Pittston was arraigned Wednesday on a charge she trespassed at the Mohegan Sun Pocono casino.</p><p>Jennifer Tomascik, 44, of Market Street, was charged with defiant trespass by the State Police gaming enforcement unit.</p><p>Tomascik was on the casino floor attempting to claim a jackpot July 29 in violation of a self-exclusion lifetime ban that began Feb. 16, 2012, according to a criminal complaint.</p><p>Tomascik was released on $5,000 unsecured bail, which means she didn&#8217;t have to post any money to go free.</p><style>
