In blow to GOP, Supreme Court won’t block PA redistricting

<p>ASHLEY &#8212; Police investigating a man attempting to enter a Ridge Street residence said he was found with methamphetamine.</p><p>Dale E. Harris, 38, of Alberdeen Road, Mountain Top, was stopped by an officer on the back porch of a relative&#8217;s house at about 4:15 p.m. Sunday. The relative told police he feared Harris, who was not invited inside.</p><p>Police alleged methamphetamine was found in packaged bags inside a laptop bag Harris was carrying, according to the criminal complaint.</p><p>A vial containing an unknown substance and brass knuckles were allegedly found in Harris&#8217; pockets.</p><p>Harris claimed the unknown substance was cocaine, the complaint says.</p><p>Harris was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and prohibited offensive weapons. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail after he was arraigned on Monday.</p><style>

Suspicious man allegedly had methamphetamine
