Wilkes-Barre man charged with filming partially nude teen

<p>PLYMOUTH TWP. &#8212; A woman from Lackawanna County was arrested on charges she struck a parked vehicle in Plymouth and later rolled her vehicle on West Mountain Road while driving impaired, according to charges filed.</p><p>State police at Wyoming allege Elizabeth Calvey, 22, of Clarks Green, had a strong odor of alcohol and struggled with keep her balance when she was questioned by a trooper at Sheetz in Kingston Township at about 6 a.m. Saturday. Calvey was picked up by a passer-by near her wrecked vehicle in Plymouth Township and given a ride to Sheetz.</p><p>When Calvey was told she was under arrest on suspicion of drunken driving, she allegedly struggled with two troopers and kicked a trooper twice in the chest at a hospital. A trooper was scratched on the hand by Calvey&#8217;s fingernails, according to the criminal complaint.</p><p>State police learned Calvey and her sister, Rachel Calvey, left a party in Plymouth. As Calvey was swerving and driving at a high rate of speed, Rachel Calvey attempted to get the keys from the vehicle.</p><p>Rachel Calvey claimed she exited her sister&#8217;s car, a Chevrolet Cruze, when it struck a parked vehicle on Nottingham Street in Plymouth.</p><p>State police alleged Calvey drove through a yard on Nottingham Street after nearly running over her sister, who was pulled from the roadway by another woman. Calvey drove on West Mountain Road where she failed to negotiate a curve and struck a tree stump, causing the Chevrolet to roll onto its roof.</p><p>Calvey asked a passer-by for a ride and was taken to Sheetz where the passer-by notified a trooper inside the store.</p><p>Calvey was charged with aggravated assault, driving under the influence, false identification to law enforcement, disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, accidents to unattended vehicle and numerous traffic violations. She was released after posting $10,000 bail. </p><style>
