<p>Uggg!!! Here we go again.</p><p>A winter storm watch has been issued for most of Northeastern Pennsylvania as another winter storm sweeps through the area, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton, New York.</p><p>The watch may be upgraded to a winter storm warning later today.</p><p>A heavy mixed precipitation is possible on Wednesday with total snow accumulations of four to six inches followed by sleet and freezing rain.</p><p>Plan on difficult travel conditions including during Wednesday&#8217;s morning commute.</p><p>The storm is expected to move away Wednesday night.</p><p>If this is not enough, there is a chance of more snow Friday through Sunday. </p><style>
