Ray is the grandson of Joann Sabanos, of Mountain Top, and Emily and Robert Kennedy, of Plains Township. He is the great-grandson of the late Joyce Moyer and late Joseph Sabanos, both of Dorrance, and the late Ivor and Emily Kennedy, both of Sugar Notch. Ray has a brother, Kaden, 1.</p><style>
