Final member of trio that robbed pizza man pleads guilty

<p>DALLAS &#8212; Borough police allegedly discovered marijuana plants growing in a bedroom closet while searching for items stolen during a home burglary.</p><p>Joshua David Black, 18, of Main Road, Dallas, was arraigned Monday on various charges related to a burglary on Lincoln Street and stealing a vehicle belonging to an employee at Offset Paperback.</p><p>Police alleged they found three watches stolen from the Lincoln Street house under Black&#8217;s bed. While searching the bedroom he shared with Savanah Bagnato, 19, police allegedly found marijuana plants growing in a closet.</p><p>According to the criminal complaints:</p><p>An employee at Offset Paperback, a printing facility, reported on Jan. 5 that her 2000 Jeep Wrangler was stolen from the parking lot. The vehicle was found on Dorchester Drive in Dallas.</p><p>Later the same day, police investigated a burglary at the Lincoln Street house, finding footprints in the snow.</p><p>The Lincoln Street homeowner reported three watches, gift cards, a laptop computer and jewelry were stolen.</p><p>While investigating an unrelated domestic disturbance at a residence on Main Road, where Black rented a bedroom, on Jan. 19, police allegedly found three watches under Black&#8217;s bed. The watches matched the items stolen from the Lincoln Street house, the complaints say.</p><p>Black allegedly told police he stole items because he needed money to rent the bedroom, according to the complaints.</p><p>Black also claimed he stole the Jeep with Mark Perez, 23, of East Meadow, N.Y.</p><p>Black was arraigned by District Judge Brian Tupper in Kingston Township on three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of criminal conspiracy and one count each of burglary and theft related to the home burglary, and charged with theft and criminal conspiracy for allegedly stealing the Jeep. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.</p><p>Black and Bagnato are facing drug paraphernalia charges related to the pot plants.</p><p>Perez is charged with burglary and criminal conspiracy for the home burglary and theft and criminal conspiracy for stealing the Jeep. He has not been arraigned.</p><style>
