LCCC students inducted into Phi Theta Kappa

<p>The faculty and staff of St. Nicholas St. Mary&#8217;s School, Wilkes- Barre, will hold a Reading Festival for grades pre-K through 2 on Feb. 28 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The festival will include stories, crafts, face painting and light refreshments.
