Laurel Run man gets up to six years in prison for teen sex, burglary

<p>DALLAS TWP. &#8212; A Misericordia University staffer has been appointed to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Hospital and Higher Education Authority.</p><p>Joseph Donahue, of Pittston Township, is the corporate relations coordinator for the Insalaco Center for Career Development at Misericordia.</p><p>In his new role, he will be one of six board members who volunteer to oversee the authority, according to a press release from the school.</p><p>The authority provides access to the municipal bond market for area health care providers and eligible educational institutions. Through the issuance of bonds, such entities borrow large sums of money.</p><style>
