Attempted burglary at Hanover Township church

KINGSTON &#8212; Police arrested Kasa Ikeama Kelley, 27 on charges he possessed a handgun without a concealed weapon&#8217;s permit.Kelley was stopped for an inspection sticker violation while traveling on Wyoming Avenue on Monday. Kelley allegedly told police he was in possession of a handgun.Police alleged Kelley did not have a valid permit to conceal the handgun.Kelley was charged with firearms not to be carried without a license and driving with a suspended license. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail.
