<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Was it you?</p><p>A Powerball ticket worth $250,000 was sold at a city grocery store this week, and Pennsylvania Lottery officials are encouraging the winner to come forward.</p><p>The ticket for Wednesday&#8217;s drawing matched four of the five white balls drawn, <strong>12-30-59-65-69</strong>, and the red <strong>Powerball </strong><strong>16</strong>. It was sold with the $1 Power Play option, which boosted the prize to $250,000 instead of $50,000 because the multiplier drawn was five.</p><p>Schiel&#8217;s Family Market, 30 Hanover St., earns a $500 bonus for selling the ticket.</p><p>A bigger windfall is still waiting for someone, however, as the Powerball jackpot rolled to an estimated annuity value of $321 million, or $189 million cash, for the Saturday drawing.</p><p>Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. Prizes must be claimed and winning tickets validated before winners can be identified.</p><p><ins>The lottery encourages the holder of the winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at the nearest lottery office. The agency has an office in Wilkes-Barre at 49 S. Washington St. </ins></p><p><ins>Last fiscal year, Pennsylvania Lottery players in Luzerne County won more than $92.2 million and programs that benefit older residents received more than $35.7 million in lottery funds. </ins></p><style>
