Schuyler Avenue Elementary announces December students of the month

<p>The Luzerne County Community College student chapter of the NAACP, Circle K Club, and Adult Learners Association recently sponsored their annual toy collection to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The toys were distributed to local children as Christmas gifts.
