Woods, Giordano announce engagement

<p>Along with their families, Dr. Charles Karcutskie IV and Ms. Shireen Judeh announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.</p><p>The groom is the son of Dr. Charles and Mrs. Linda Karcutskie, of West Wyoming.</p><p>He is a 2004 graduate of Wyoming Area High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with Bachelor of Science degrees in both chemistry and philosophy of science. Charlie completed a Master of Arts degree in biology at Loyola University, Chicago, in 2009 followed by his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Commonwealth Medical College in 2013. He is currently completing his residency in general surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami in Miami, Fla. After completion, he will pursue additional training in plastic and reconstructive surgery.</p><p>The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. Abdelghani and Mrs. Fadwa Judeh of Duluth, Ga.</p><p>She is a 2006 graduate of Duluth High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs. Upon graduation, Shireen served as a political observer with The Carter Center in the Sudan. In 2015, she went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, focusing her studies in immigration. She currently works with Littler Mendelson P.C. in Miami, Fla., as an attorney specializing in immigration law.</p><style>
