Avoca teen charged with child sex assault

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Township police charged a Wilkes-Barre man after he allegedly fired multiple rounds from a handgun at passing motorists on Route 309 on Sunday.</p><p>Fraybi Pozo Rodriguez, 23, was inside a vehicle traveling north on Route 309 when he allegedly fired seven rounds from a .40-caliber handgun at vehicles traveling south at about 7:13 a.m.</p><p>Police said the shootings were recorded by a dash camera from a vehicle traveling behind Pozo Rodriguez.</p><p>He was charged with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and propulsion of missiles onto roadways.</p><p>No injuries were reported.</p><style>
