<p>Effie Marshall, a resident at The Village at Greenbriar in Dallas, turned 101 on March 5, 2018. A party was held in her honor. Effie grew up in Kingston and went to Wilkes College. She worked at United Penn Bank for 47 years. She was the company&#8217;s first female CEO and vice president.</p><style>
