After a death, how much can ‘broken heart’ hurt survivors?

<p>Lorraine Harmanos, of Duryea, was presented with the 2018 Chromatography Forum Award on April 19 at the spring symposium held at the Crowne Plaza in Wilmington, Del. This award is given to a member of the Chromatography Forum of the Delaware Valley who has distinguished herself/himself in service to the forum and contributions to the laboratory technique of chromatography. Ms. Harmanos, a native of Exeter, has published several articles in scientific journals and written a chapter in the textbook &#8220;The Modern Practice of Gas Chromatography.&#8221; Retired now, her professional career included positions at Bristol Meyers, ARCO Chemical, Shimadzu, and, locally, the Pocono Downs Laboratory and Sanofi Aventis. </p><style>
