Volunteers blanket Kingston, Forty Fort with new smoke alarms

<p>LA PLUME &#8212; Nicole Lynn Delevan, of Forty Fort, was named Outstanding Graduate for the Class of 2018 by Keystone College, according to a press release from the school.</p><p>Delevan graduated from the Lackawanna County school on Saturday with a bachelor of science degree in art education and early childhood education/special education.</p><p>The college&#8217;s 147th commencement was celebrated at the Pavilion at Montage, Scranton. Delevan was one of 298 students participating.</p><p>Gregory Maguire, author of New York Times best-seller &#8220;Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West,&#8221; addressed graduates at the ceremony.</p><style>
