Bus drivers for Northwest trapped during storm that felled power lines

<p>BUTLER TWP. &#8212; Troopers want to find the driver of a pickup forced off Interstate 81 by a rig driver who has now been charged with aggravated assault by vehicle.</p><p>The incident occurred in Butler Township just before 6 a.m. Friday.</p><p>Police say a tractor-trailer operated by Norman Patterson Brown, of Connellsville, western Pennsylvania, forced a black or dark-colored pickup from its lane of travel on Interstate 81 South.</p><p>Brown was stopped and arrested, but troopers are still looking for the alleged victim.</p><p>The pickup driver is asked to contact the Hazleton barracks at 570-459-3890.</p><style>
