Nanticoke native promoted to rank of lieutenant colonel

<p>The Psi Beta Honor Society of Luzerne County Community College recently held an induction ceremony at the College&#8217;s Campus Center. Eight students were inducted into Psi Beta, the national honor society in psychology for community and junior colleges.
