<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The two men accused of killing a prominent local DJ will now go on trial in December.</p><p>Roberto Battle, 29, and David Nealy, 37, appeared before Luzerne County Judge David W. Lupas on Tuesday for a status conference.</p><p>Battle and Nealy are both facing one count each of criminal homicide and conspiracy to commit criminal homicide. Prosecutors say they killed Michael &#8220;DJ Mo&#8221; Onley in a drive-by shooting on Oct. 13, 2013.</p><p>Attorneys previously asked for more time to proceed through the discovery process. On Tuesday, Judge Lupas set Dec. 10 as the new trial date. It was initially set to begin in June.</p><p>Attorneys will now have until Aug. 31 to file pretrial motions, and a hearing on those motions is set for Oct. 11.</p><p>According to prosecutors, Battle, of Brooklyn, N.Y., fired shots into a crowd in a parking lot at the rear of Outsiders Bar in Wilkes-Barre after he had been kicked out of the bar.</p><p>Nealy, of Kingston, allegedly drove the vehicle that Battle fired the shots from.</p><style>
