<p>PLAINS TWP. &#8212; A Colorado man refusing to leave the Mohegan Sun Casino fought with a township police officer and spat blood in the officer&#8217;s face after being handcuffed, according to court records.</p><p>Roman Lee Williams, 30, of Aurora, used a sexual slur toward an officer saying, &#8220;Where I come from, they kill police,&#8221; during a struggle inside the casino just before 6 p.m. Sunday, court records say.</p><p>According to the criminal complaint:</p><p>Police responded to the casino when Williams refused commands by security to leave the property.</p><p>Williams gathered his casino chips and entered a restaurant off the casino floor. Williams was told again to leave the property but he refused.</p><p>When a township officer arrived, Williams got face-to-face with the officer almost touching the officer&#8217;s nose.</p><p>Williams told the officer he was &#8220;not going to leave.&#8221; He was taken by the arm and directed to the main lobby exit doors when Williams turned around, puffed his chest and rolled his shoulders back as if he wanted to fight the officer, the complaint says.</p><p>When Williams was told he was under arrest and to place his hands behind his back, Williams allegedly fought the officer falling to the floor injuring his nose.</p><p>After Williams was handcuffed, he allegedly spat blood in the officer&#8217;s face.</p><p>Police allege Williams continued to be belligerent and refused medical treatment for his bloody nose.</p><p>Williams complained of having an asthma attack and was transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center where he continued to act disorderly toward hospital staff, the complaint says.</p><p>Williams was arraigned Monday by District Judge Brian Tupper in Luzerne County Central Court on charges of aggravated harassment by prisoner, simple assault, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $15,000 bail.</p><style>
