<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; FBI agents wearing protective vests raided a house on Boland Avenue on Wednesday morning after a federal grand jury indicted two people on heroin and cocaine trafficking charges.</p><p>A 14-count indictment filed in U.S. District Court in Scranton alleges Hakim Wilburn and Danielle Moorer, who resided at 226 Boland Ave., distributed more than 1 kilogram of heroin and an unspecified amount of cocaine from June 2015 to August.</p><p>One kilogram is the equivalent of 2.2 pounds.</p><p>According to the indictment, Wilburn, Moorer and other unnamed co-conspirators distributed heroin and cocaine for money and other valuables, and used cell phones to maintain contact with each other and customers.</p><p>Wilburn, Moorer and co-conspirators used homes in Luzerne County for the purpose of storage and distribution of heroin and cocaine, the indictment alleges.</p><p>Agents along with police in Hanover Township and Wilkes-Barre arrived at the Boland Avenue residence at about 7 a.m., closing the street for about 10 minutes from Olive Street to Saint Marys Road.</p><p>Neighbors reported agents banged on the door yelling, &#8220;FBI, open up.&#8221;</p><p>Moorer was seen being taken out of the house and transported to township police headquarters and later to the federal courthouse in Scranton.</p><p>A canine was led around the property, which includes a detached garage and a large yard behind the garage.</p><p>According to Luzerne County property records, Wilburn and Moorer purchased the house in October 2017.</p><p>A forfeiture action was included with the indictment for the Boland Avenue house, a property behind the house, a house at 29 Graham Ave., a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, a 2003 Chevrolet van, two bank accounts in Wilburn&#8217;s name, two bank accounts in Moorer&#8217;s name, two safety deposit boxes, and two Rolex watches.</p><style>
