<p>LAKE TWP. &#8212; A township woman didn&#8217;t have to go far to wash her hands before eating.</p><p>State police said Lisa Lynn Reichart, 45, consumed a meal inside a restroom of the Mountain Fresh grocery store after she loaded a foam container from the buffet on Wednesday.</p><p>Only Reichart failed to pay for her meal, state police said.</p><p>Troopers said the retail theft charge filed against Reichart is a felony due to prior offenses. </p><p>Court records show Reichart has been charged four other times with stealing items from area stores in 2018, and there were also previous incidents in 2017, 2014, 2011 and 2010.</p><p>&#8226; Aug. 16, 2018: Wilkes-Barre police alleged Reichart stole items from a business on South Main Street. Released on $10,000 unsecured bail.</p><p>&#8226; June 28, 2018: Nanticoke police alleged Reichart stole items from Weis Markets. Released on $3,000 unsecured bail.</p><p>&#8226; March 27, 2018: Dallas Township police alleged Reichart stole bacon, chips, salad dressing, coffee, chewing gum, mayonnaise and other items from Dollar General, Memorial Highway. Released on $5,000 unsecured bail.</p><p>&#8226; Jan. 18, 2018: Reichart was charged by Kingston Township police with stealing oven spray, an ironing board cover, garbage bags, a drying towel and other items from Dollar General, Memorial Highway. Released after posting $500 bail.</p><p>&#8226;Aug. 24, 2017: State police charged Reichart with theft and receiving stolen property in connection to stealing candles, flowers and solar powered lanterns from Maple Grove Cemetery, Lake Township. Released on $3,000 unsecured bail.</p><p>In addition, court records say Reichart was fined $25 after she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for accepting a tree that was stolen from a lawn and garden business in Laflin in 2014.</p><p>Reichart was sentenced to six months of home confinement in March 2012 after she pleaded guilty to retail theft for stealing items from Sheetz on Route 315, Plains Township, on Feb. 20, 2011.</p><p>And in July 2010, she was sentenced to one year on probation for stealing food and shirts from Walmart in Wilkes-Barre Township in March of that year.</p><p>In the latest incident, Reichart was arraigned by District Judge Ferris Webby in Wright Township and jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail.</p><style>
