<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police said a fictitious Facebook account was opened in the name of a city police officer.</p><p>Police said the fake account in Rick Harding&#8217;s name involved crude and insensitive comments and postings through several area media sources.</p><p>Facebook has been alerted to the fake account as the police department is investigating.</p><style>
