<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Township police and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force are searching for Joshua Caldwell, 29, who is wanted on drug trafficking charges.</p><p>An arrest warrant was issued Sept. 5 by District Judge Joseph Halesey charging Caldwell, of Front Street, Warrior Run, with four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.</p><p>Authorities allege Caldwell was selling crack cocaine in Warrior Run and Hanover Township.</p><p>Caldwell is also wanted by Plains Township police on a single stalking count stemming from a December 2015 incident, according to court records.</p><p>Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call Hanover Township police at 570-825-1254.</p><style>
