Man who allegedly threatened school shooting waives hearing

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Luzerne man who was recorded yelling racial slurs at a man during a dispute last month will now face criminal charges in Luzerne County Court.</p><p>Willard Bidding Jr., 50, was charged by Wilkes-Barre police on Aug. 12 with threatening and harassing Rasheen Hamm on Sylvanus Street. Bidding&#8217;s daughter, Brittany Miller, resides across from Hamm.</p><p>According to a criminal complaint:</p><p>Hamm told police Bidding walked onto his porch, punched him and attempted to choke him. Bidding threw a beer can at Hamm and grabbed his groin, telling Hamm to perform a sex act on him.</p><p>Bidding was in the middle of the street yelling, &#8220;If anybody on the street has a problem, come to me (racial slur).&#8221;</p><p>Bidding also yelled, &#8220;Dirty a&#8212; (racial slur), get out of town and go to Africa to (expletive) some monkeys,&#8221; the complaint says.</p><p>Hamm recorded the encounter and posted the video on social media. The posted video does not show Bidding assaulting Hamm.</p><p>Miller claimed Hamm yelled threats that he was going to slice their throats.
