<p>EXETER &#8212; An Exeter man admitted to police he snorted heroin before he was found passed out inside a vehicle that crashed into a curb on Wyoming Avenue on Tuesday night, according to court records.</p><p>Borough police said they found Scott D. Rosenko, 40, unconscious in the driver&#8217;s seat of a vehicle that was idling in the area of 1715 Wyoming Ave. at about 6:30 p.m.</p><p>Police allege they found a cigarette pack containing 12 heroin packets filled with a light tan powder, a straw and brass knuckles inside the vehicle. Rosenko was also allegedly in possession of five large knifes and two rolls of cash.</p><p>According to a criminal complaint:</p><p>A passer-by called police reporting a man was unconscious in a vehicle that struck a curb.</p><p>An officer arrived to find Rosenko passed out in the driver&#8217;s seat. The car&#8217;s engine was idling, lights were turned on and windshield wipers were activated despite it not raining at the time.</p><p>An officer yelled at Rosenko, who awakened when his arm was shook.</p><p>Rosenko told the officer he did not know where he was and did not respond when asked if he knew the date and time.</p><p>Police said Rosenko refused medical treatment.</p><p>Rosenko was arraigned Wednesday by District Judge Ferris Webby in Luzerne County Central Court on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count each of possession of a controlled substance and prohibited offensive weapons. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.</p><style>
