Penn State expects top wideout KJ Hamler to return vs. Michigan State

<p>HARRISBURG &#8212; A man wanted for a fatal shooting in Hanover Township last year and a man who allegedly rammed his car into three police cruisers in 2006 are among those on the State Police Top 10 Most Wanted list.</p><p>Troopers released an updated list Tuesday, adding Tremaine Divine Jamison, 28, and Kern Mayers, 40.</p><p>Jamison, of New York City, N.Y., and Mayers, of Brooklyn, N.Y., are two among the three people on the Top 10 list being sought for criminal offenses in Luzerne County.</p><p>Angel Colon, age unknown, is charged with the rape of a then 10-year-old girl in Hazleton in 2001. Colon previously was charged with taking nude pictures of the girl in 2002.</p><p>The Times Leader reported in 2002 that state police learned of the pictures after negatives were developed at a department store in Hazle Township.</p><p>State police believe Colon has ties to the Dominican Republic.</p><p>Jamison is charged with criminal homicide in the fatal shooting of Devon Brown, 29, on Mark Drive in the Marion Terrace apartment complex on May 31, 2017.</p><p>Authorities believe Jamison and Brown were involved in an argument with several other adults after another resident accused the son of Brown&#8217;s girlfriend of punching Jamison&#8217;s son.</p><p>Brown allegedly retrieved a knife from his residence after someone pulled a knife on him. Jamison returned with a handgun and fired a round that struck Brown, according to court records.</p><p>The fatal shooting happened during a kindergarten graduation party.</p><p>Mayers allegedly sold crack cocaine to undercover troopers on Jan. 4, 2006. When he realized he was going to be arrested, he led police on a 5-mile pursuit through Wilkes-Barre and Plains Township. Mayers allegedly rammed his car into three cruisers, injuring two troopers and an officer, according to Times Leader archives.</p><p>&#8220;State police and our local law enforcement partners will not stop searching for these dangerous fugitives, whether they&#8217;ve been on the run for months or decades,&#8221; stated Acting State Police Commissioner Lt. Col. Robert Evanchick in a news release. &#8220;Someone knows where these suspects are, and we ask for anyone with information to come forward and help bring them to justice.&#8221;</p><p>Jamison is described as being 6 feet 1 inch tall, approximately 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.</p><p>Mayers is 5 feet 9 inches tall, approximately 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.</p><p>Colon is 5 feet 6 inches tall, approximately 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.</p><p>Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the three men is asked to call 1-800-4-PA-TIPS.</p><style>
