Luzerne County manager proposes 3 percent tax hike in 2019

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman was found dead inside a vehicle on Stanton Street on Tuesday.</p><p>The Luzerne County Coroner&#8217;s Office and city police said the woman took her own life.</p><p>Police discovered the woman inside a Honda minivan when responding to the area of 220 Stanton St. for gunfire at about noon.</p><p>Stanton Street was closed between Airy Street and Loomis Street as officers investigated.</p><style>
