Violations: The post can-opener blade, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Violations: Bulk food ingredient storage containers, in the prep area, is not labeled with the common name of the food. The deli slicer feed tray and gripper as well as the blade and blade guard, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Diamond Ave., Hazleton: Regular inspection, in compliance. Violations: The Bain Marie is not holding a temperature control for safety foods at a temperature of -41&#176;F or below as required. The facility has a new Bain Marie ordered that is scheduled to arrive next week. The owner has agreed not to use the Bain Marie to store any temperature control for safety foods in this bain marie. Deli Meat cheese and slice tomatoes was held at 53-55&#176;F in the Bain Marie, rather than 41&#176;F or below as required. The deli meat , cheese, and tomatoes were voluntarily discarded and denatured during this inspection.Crown Fried Chicken, 8 E. Broad St., Hazleton: Regular inspection, in compliance. Violations: Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the prep area. Baine marie observed not maintaining beef patties and sliced tomatoes at &lt;41&#176;F. Non-food contact surfaces, walls, door,fan guards, in walk in cooler not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dried food. Ice cream dipper well for dipping utensils does not have sufficient velocity of water to flush particulates to the drain. Hamburgers, sliced tomatoes were held at 50&#176;F, in the Bain Marie area, rather than 41&#176;F or below as required. Observed mop not stored to dry correctly in wet mop area. sink.Antojitos Dominacanos Restaurant, 550 Alter St., Hazleton: Regular inspection, in compliance. Violations: A tin can and plastic container without handles observed stored in bulk rice container. The can and container were replaced with a handled cup during this inspection. Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready to eat potentially hazardous foods (empanada) without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food. Facility wrote a policy and a created a log during this inspection.Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. Mop stored with wet mop head on floor in prep area.Yummy Yummy, 1213 Wyoming Ave., Exeter: Regular inspection, in compliance. Violations: Observed plastic containers with no handle is being used as a scoop in bulk ingredients. Containers were removed. Working containers in prep area, used for storing soap taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Containers were labeled. Employee personal items (vitamins/supplements) were observed in prep area, and not stored in dressing rooms or identified storage area as required. Items were moved. Facility is reusing plastic grocery bags to store food in the freezers. PIC directed to discontinue practice. Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the prep area. Soap was provided. Observed webbing along the walls in the storage area.Taco Bell, 320 Highway 315, Pittston: Regular inspection, in compliance. Violations: Observed a build up of residues on the nonfood contact areas on the beverage machines.Red Robin #335, 2020 Wilkes Barre Market Pl., Wilkes-Barre: Complaint inspection, in compliance.
