<p>COVINGTON TWP. &#8212; A woman was killed and other passengers injured when a commercial bus crashed on Interstate 380 in Lackawanna County on Sunday night, state police at Dunmore reported.</p><p>State police identified the deceased passenger as 33-year-old Rebecca Renee Blanco, of Vacaville, Calif. She was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lackawanna County Coroner&#8217;s Office.</p><p>The coroner&#8217;s office said Blanco died of multiple traumatic injuries after the bus left the road and struck several trees. The coroner lists Blanco as being from New York City.</p><p>The Ithaca Journal newspaper in New York reported Blanco graduated from Cornell University with a Master of Business Administration in 2017.</p><p>The private charter bus traveling south on I-380 lost control and drove into woods near the Daleville exit just after 9 p.m., state police reported.</p><p>Multiple passengers were transported to area hospitals, and one was flown to a hospital, troopers said.</p><p>Both lanes of I-380 were closed for several hours before reopening at about 3 a.m. Monday.</p><p>The crash remains under investigation.</p><style>
