<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; A Hanover Township man was arraigned Monday on charges he threw a water bottle that smashed the windshield of a vehicle occupied by his ex-girlfriend last month.</p><p>Matthew Metric, 20, of Ridge Road, was outside a residence on Main Road where his ex-girlfriend, Abbey Kratz, and her friend, Kyla Isopi, claimed he acted &#8220;like a lunatic,&#8221; according to court records.</p><p>When Kratz and Isopi got into a Jeep Liberty to drive to the Hanover Township Police Department, Metric allegedly threw a water bottle that smashed the Jeep&#8217;s windshield.</p><p>According to a criminal complaint:</p><p>Kratz told police she noticed missed calls on her phone that came from an unknown number. At about the same time, Isopi received a text message from Metric telling her to come outside.</p><p>Kratz and Isopi exited the house and noticed Metric inside a parked vehicle.</p><p>Metric began to &#8220;act like a lunatic,&#8221; Kratz told police.</p><p>As Kratz and Isopi drove away, they spotted Metric near Breaker Road where he threw the water bottle that shattered the Jeep&#8217;s windshield.</p><p>Kratz recorded the incident.</p><p>Police said it showed Isopi driving on Main Road when a thud was heard and she appeared to flinch.</p><p>Kratz told police she has a restraining order against Metric prohibiting him from contacting her.</p><p>Metric was arraigned Monday by District Judge Joseph Spagnuolo Jr. in Luzerne County Central Court on charges of propelling a missile into an occupied vehicle, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief. He was jailed at the county lockup without bail due to prior stalking and PFA violations.</p><p>Court records say charges of stalking, harassment and criminal mischief were withdrawn against Metric on March 21.</p><style>
