<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday night was a highly involved event organizer in her hometown of Plymouth.</p><p>Susan Gryziec, 67, was vice chairperson of Plymouth Alive, which hosts the popular annual Plymouth Kielbasa Festival every August.</p><p>Gryziec was the operator of a vehicle that crashed with another vehicle driven by Keyter Hernandez, 40, on North Sherman Street near Stevens Road at about 7 p.m.</p><p>Luzerne County Coroner William Lisman said Gryziec was pronounced dead at the scene.</p><p>Hernandez was transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 9:33 p.m. Monday, Lisman said.</p><p>Lisman said Gryziec and Hernandez, of Hanover Township, died from multiple traumatic injuries due to a vehicle crash. No autopsies are scheduled.</p><p>&#8220;It has been an awful morning,&#8221; said Terry Womelsdorf, chairperson of Plymouth Alive. &#8220;Susan was instrumental in Plymouth and the community and she was known by many, many people. She will be missed by many. We&#8217;re going to reach out and help her family.&#8221;</p><p>Along with being involved with Plymouth Alive, Gryziec was owner of the &#8220;Flowers and&#8230;&#8221; floral store on West Main Street, Plymouth.</p><p>&#8220;Sue was a wonderful person. she was organized, positive, and fun to be around,&#8221; added Scott Cannon, another Plymouth Alive member, who recalled Gryziec as a proud mother and grandmother who loved to talk about her children, grandchildren and their accomplishments.</p><p>&#8220;She knew all the local musicians because of her husband Bob plying bass for just about half of the bands in the area, so it made her a natural to chair the Plymouth Kielbasa entertainment committee,&#8221; Cannon added. &#8220;She was very gracious in donating her time and talents to anyone in need.&#8221;</p><p>City police said Tuesday the investigation is continuing by the patrol division and an accident reconstructionist.</p><style>
