Deal settles dispute over parking on former Hotel Sterling lot

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police are investigating a robbery on Reno Lane where a taxi driver was stabbed with a pen during a scuffle with the suspect early Friday morning.</p><p>Police said the tax driver, 31, was stabbed with a pen during a scuffle shortly after a man he picked up proceeded to rob him at about 2:38 a.m.</p><p>Police said the driver was transported to an area hospital for treatment.</p><p>The suspect is described by police as a black male with dreadlocks.</p><style>
