<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Work on the Solomon Creek wall project will require some parking restrictions and road closures beginning Monday, according to city officials.</p><p>When contractor Don E. Bower Inc. starts sanitary sewer relocation work, parking will be banned on South Franklin Street from Division to Brook streets.</p><p>Vehicles should removed from the street by 6 a.m. Monday, and work will begin promptly by 7. &#8220;No Parking&#8221; signs will be posted, and vehicles found in violation will be towed. The restriction will remain in place until further notice.</p><p>In addition, Brook Street will be closed to traffic along with South Franklin between Gregory and Brook streets.</p><p>Updated information will be released as the project progresses. But for now, motorists are asked to avoid this area because delays are expected.</p><p>Crews will work 10- to 12-hour days to wrap up this portion of the work as soon as possible, officials noted.</p><style>
