Trump: End birthright citizenship for some US-born babies

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; A woman who worked as a cashier for a jewelry and accessory store inside the Wyoming Valley Mall was arraigned Tuesday on charges she failed to deposit the retailer&#8217;s daily earnings.</p><p>Township police allege Amanda Lee Moore, 33, of Mill Street, Wilkes-Barre, was employed at Claire&#8217;s from Jan. 23 to June 28. One of her duties was dropping off the store&#8217;s deposits at a bank immediately after her shift ended, according to court records.</p><p>Moore failed to make 12 deposits totaling $4,612.81 from May 29 to June 21, court records say.</p><p>During an interview with police June 28, Moore allegedly told investigators she took the deposits home and did not remember making deposits at the bank.</p><p>Moore allegedly gave a written statement to Claire&#8217;s management indicating she did not deposit the store&#8217;s earnings that she used for her personal benefit.</p><p>Claire&#8217;s is a retailer of jewelry and accessories targeting younger women and teenagers, according to the company&#8217;s website.</p><p>Moore was arraigned by District Judge Michael Dotzel in Wilkes-Barre Township on two felony counts of theft. She was released on $2,500 unsecured bail.</p><style>
