At Misericordia’s free physical therapy clinic, patient becomes teacher

<p>Penn State Hazleton&#8217;s THON chapter will host its annual designer purse bingo on Sunday, Nov. 11 in the Dr. Thomas M. Caccese Gymnasium. Doors open at noon and games will start at 1 p.m. The event is open to the public.</p><p>Tickets are $20 in advance from any THON member and $25 at the door. Tickets may also be purchased in the Student Affairs office in Room 105 of the Charles T. Butler Teaching and Learning Resource Center.</p><p>Participants can also take chances on raffle baskets during the purse bingo. Food and beverages will be available for sale.</p><p>All proceeds from the day will benefit Penn State Hazleton&#8217;s THON chapter. THON is the largest student-led philanthropy effort worldwide, and the Hazleton group holds events and raises funds throughout the year to support children who are battling cancer as well as their families.</p><p>For more information, call 570-450-3160.</p><style>
