<p>HAZLETON &#8212; A man on the run after he allegedly sent four people to the hospital in an assault and hit-and-run Wednesday surrendered the next day, police report.</p><p>At about 3 p.m. Thursday, Travis Flanagan turned himself in at District Judge James M. Dixon&#8217;s office, according to Police Chief Jerry Speziale. He was arraigned and given $100,000 unsecured bail. </p><p>Flanagan met with one of the male victims Wednesday to discuss the transfer of vehicle titles. The meeting occurred in the area of Laurel and Broad streets in the city. </p><p>Police said Flanagan physically assaulted the male. Two female family members attempted to stop the assault, but Flanagan allegedly pushed them to the ground.</p><p>He then hopped in a GMC Acadia SUV and fled, hitting the two women plus a parking agent employed by the city, police noted.</p><p>The victims were transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton.</p><p>Speziale said Flanagan would be charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and careless driving. </p><style>
