Carols by Candlelight at Shavertown United Methodist Church Dec. 9

<p>The Transfiguration of our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church is holding a Christmas sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 at the church hall at the corner of Bliss and Center Streets in the Hanover section of Nanticoke. Gently used trees,	wreaths, garland, beautiful manger sets, ornaments, lights, gifts, etc. are for sale. Pyrohy, haluski, clam chowder, whimpies are also for sale. Weather permitting, the sale will be held every Saturday in December. From left, are Johanna Longenberger, Maryann Jarolen, and Joanne Kawczenski.</p><style>
