Our View: Remember Pearl Harbor to prevent a repeat

<p>WRIGHT TWP. &#8212; Crestwood school directors decided on a new football coach Thursday night and their choice is already very familiar with the home sidelines.</p><p>Ryan Arcangeli, who had served as an assistant under head coach Greg Myers, was hired unanimously on a 9-0 vote.</p><p>Arcangeli is a history teacher at Crestwood, where his wife teaches gym.</p><p>During his own playing career, he was a quarterback at Lake-Lehman when Myers was the head coach there in 2004. He later became a center at King&#8217;s College.</p><p>He will be paid a salary of $7,036 for serving as head football coach. In addition, Arcangeli was put in charge of the winter weightlifting program for a salary of $3,284.</p><p>On the district&#8217;s website, he is also listed as the girls track and field coach.</p><p>Myers resigned this fall after 13 seasons at the helm.</p><style>
