Stormwater fee forums draw frustrated crowd

<p>The Swoyersville Kiwanis Club is conducting a Heart Cake Pop Sale through Jan. 27.</p><p>Delicious and decorated, these Heart Shaped Pops, three chocolate and three vanilla, will be in a gift box ready for that someone special for Valentine&#8217;s Day. Pops are $15 per order but quantities are limited so place your order early.</p><p>Pop orders can be taken by any Kiwanis members or by calling 570-283-1677 or emailing swoyk1951@comcast.net. All orders must placed and paid in full by Jan. 27. Checks may be made payable to Swoyersville Kiwanis.</p><p>Orders will be available for pick up from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 and Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Swoyersville Borough Building (rear entrance). Delivery is available on orders of six or more to one location or by contacting any Kiwanis member for assistance. </p><style>
