Georgia Karpovich named Northwest Senior Student of the Month

<p>The shareholders at Hourigan, Kluger &amp; Quinn, PC (HKQ Law) announce the addition of Attorney Kevin M. Walsh, Jr. to their commercial team. Attorney Walsh will provide legal counsel to commercial clients throughout Northeastern PA, specializing in real estate transactions, banking and creditors&#8217; rights, zoning, and tax assessment appeals matters. He will be based in the firm&#8217;s Kingston office at 600 Third Ave..</p><p>Walsh was born and raised in Drums where he currently resides with his wife Lindsay and their two children. He graduated from Bucknell University with his Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Political Science and pursued his legal career at Syracuse University College of Law. He was selected as a recipient of the Lampe Bar Scholarship and received the CALI Award for Achievement in Insurance and Society Seminar Activities.</p><p>For the last nine year, Walsh worked as an Associate Attorney with Donald G. Karpowich, Attorney-at-Law, PC where he litigated numerous cases in various jurisdictions, including Courts of Common Pleas, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Previous to this role, he was an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Tullio DeLuca handling commercial litigation and estate planning. Attorney Walsh also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon.</p><p>Attorney Walsh is a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.</p><style>
