<p>National Cheese Lovers Day was Jan. 20 an, to celebrate, the Luzerne County Dairy Court had a cheese-tasting at Sweet Valley Church of Christ on Jan. 18. Members of the Dairy Court brought several cheeses for guests to taste at the event. They also reminded everyone that cheese is a great way to get some of your three servings of dairy you should eat every day. The members of the Dairy Court have been working all around Luzerne County promoting the dairy industry and local farming.
