Luzerne County Council asked to weigh in on Wilkes-Barre General Hospital labor dispute

<p><strong>Domestic assault charges </strong></p><p><strong>dismissed against couple</strong></p><p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A district judge in Luzerne County Central Court on Tuesday dismissed simple assault and harassment charges against Amanda Grecco, 32, and her boyfriend, Justin J. Fowler, 31, at a preliminary hearing.</p><p>City police charged the couple after investigating a dispute at their residence on Maffett Street on Jan. 3.</p><p><strong>Paraphernalia</strong></p><p><strong>charge dismissed</strong></p><p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A drug paraphernalia charge against Jenna L. O&#8217;Donnell, 34, of Sugarloaf, was dismissed at a preliminary hearing in Luzerne County Central Court on Tuesday.</p><p>Wilkes-Barre police charged O&#8217;Donnell after she allegedly left Boscov&#8217;s Department Store, South Main Street, with unpaid merchandise Jan. 9. Police alleged packets commonly used to store heroin were found in O&#8217;Donnell&#8217;s purse.</p><p>A misdemeanor retail theft charge was changed to a summary offense.</p><p><strong>Child endangerment, </strong></p><p><strong>assault charges tossed</strong></p><p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Charges of endangering the welfare of children, strangulation, simple assault and harassment against Orlando Rios, 48, of Larksville, were dismissed at a preliminary hearing in Luzerne County Central Court this week.</p><p>Larksville police charged Rios after investigating a dispute at his residence on Barney Street on Jan. 12. </p><style>
